EVENT INFORMATION

Welcome to the the 6TH edition of THE GREAT MAJHA RUN. Run from Pahuwind, the land of warriors, birth place of the legendary saint-soldier Shaheed Baba Deep Singh to Narli, ancestral village of Shaheed Bhagat Singh in PUNJAB

The TIMED Single loop Marathon runs through fields and along water bodies to provide you a unique, one of a kind running experience. The historic village offers free stay (dormitory style, separate for men and women outstation runners on first come first serve basis).

Pahuwindias are ready to warmly welcome you to their beautiful village in Panjab.

Timed Bib, T Shirt, Medal & Refreshments for ALL races 

  • Marathon : Rs 700

  • Half Marathon: Rs 650

  • 10KM : Rs. 550

  • 5 KM: Rs 400

Cash prizes will be awarded in all distance categories to encourage our inheritance of fitness and physical strength.

The run is being organised by Shaheed Baba Deep Singh Foundation ( Registered) in collaboration with Super Sikh Foundation.

  • 50 to Under 65

  • 65 and above

  1. Witness the Gatka Cup on 14th November evening

  2. Enjoy a sumptuous full Punjabi breakfast of saag-makki roti makhan, halwa, and lassi after the run

  3. Thereafter, Explore the much feted Harike Wetlands and its Bird Sanctuary, and visit the impressive 1965 Asal Uttar War Memorial that commemorates the greatest tank battle in Indian history - all within a few kilometres
