Before starting my journey with Jeet Fitness, I weighed 75 kg and often struggled with confidence and maintaining a healthy routine. I knew I wanted to make a change but lacked the right direction and motivation.

With the structured workout plans, consistent support, and practical guidance provided by the team, I slowly started building better habits. The focus was not just on weight loss but on creating a healthier lifestyle that I could sustain.

Over time, I reduced my weight from 75 kg to 64 kg. More importantly, I gained confidence, improved my energy levels, and developed a positive mindset towards fitness.
